AFKC friends and members enjoyed an evening of bûche de Noël, champagne/vin mousseux, singing of traditional French Carols and a silent auction featuring picture postcards of the "Fête des Lumières" in Lyon, and an official documentary DVD of the making of the "Fête des Lumières".  A presentation on the ville de Lyon and its famous Fête was given by local Lyonnaises, Mme. May Mannant and Mlle. Leslie Many.
