Award Winning Chef, Cookbook Author, Teacher and Restaurateur RAGHAVAN IYER will be in Kansas City for 2 nights to host and cook for AFKC an exclusive French inspired Indian dinner, at the home of AFKC President Cyprienne Simchowitz. In addition to enjoying the special dishes prepared by Raghavan, guests will learn how to prepare one dish on the menu under his guidance.

Iyer has authored many award-winning cookbooks, including 660 curries & The Turmeric Trail. 2003 James Beard Award Finalist

Most recently he has also launched his own line of exotic, roasted Indian Spice Mixes so cooks everywhere can invoke the spirit of India in their own homes. http://www.turmerictrail.com/

Space is limited so each dinner night is limited to the first 20 guests

When: Two dinners, your choice of either Friday, March 9 OR Saturday, March 10, 6:30 p.m.

Please include your FIRST and SECOND choice of dinner dates so we can accommodate everyone.

Where: Home of AFKC President Cyprienne Simchowitz - Directions will be given to registered guests.

Cost: $47 per person for AFKC members - $60 for non-members - All inclusive
