The Alliance Française de Kansas
City is an organization dedicated to the appreciation of the French language
as well as Francophone culture, history and art. The Alliance provides
opportunities for members and interested people of the area to get together
on a regular basis to exchange ideas as well as increase their knowledge of
the Francophone world. Fluent speakers of French as well as students of the
language and non-French speakers participate in a wide variety of activities
such as trips, lectures, social functions, classes, movies and concerts.
Exchange students and French speakers new to the Kansas City area find a
network of people willing to help them become acclimated to life in Kansas
City.
