French Conversation Group

 

The AFKC French Conversation Group has existed for many years and complements the numerous events and activities organized by the Alliance Française de Kansas City. Its purpose is to offer a place for all interested individuals to be able to converse regularly in French in order to practice and/or ameliorate one’s proficiency whatever it may be.

The group is held every Wednesday evening from 6:00pm till 8pm at the Westport Coffee House, 4010 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kansas City, MO, for the rest of 2011. Plenty of parking is available on the north side to the right of the entrance.   The French Conversation Group is informal and includes various as well as spontaneous topics. Depending on the number of individuals, discussions may take place in small groups or within the group at large. There is certainly never a lack of energy for interesting conversation! Join us for a lively discussion, or a quiet conversation, or simply the pleasure of listening to the French language!
