The Alliance Française de Kansas City is committed to providing its students with the best possible class experience. We want our students to be happy with their classes and we expect that they will feel comfortable in voicing any concerns they may have. We will strive to address such concerns to the best of our ability. In any event, any refund request of enrollment fees will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
For any refund request, please contact the AFKC School Coordinator and provide the name and email address the purchase was made with.
Reasons for a refund or credit:
Except in the case of cancellation of the class for low enrollment, all refunds will be subject to a $10 processing fee.
In all cases, all refund requests must be received by AFKC no later than the end of the third week of the class session. No refund of any kind will be issued if a refund request has not been received by AFKC before that deadline.
The AFKC will make refund decisions on a case-by-case basis for any scenario not covered in this policy.
