The Alliance Française de Kansas City is committed to providing its students with the best possible class experience. We want our students
to be happy with their classes and we expect that they will feel comfortable in voicing any concerns they may have. We will strive to
address such concerns to the best of our ability. In any event, any refund request of enrollment fees will be subject to the following terms
and conditions:
For any refund request, please contact the AFKC School Coordinator and provide the name and email address the purchase was
made with.
Reasons for a refund or credit:

Student’s inability to attend classes: No refund of enrollment fees is guaranteed if a student is unable to attend classes after the student
has registered. In such event, AFKC, at its sole discretion, may give a student a credit to be used for a class in a future session.

Cancellation of a class for low enrollment: If a class corresponding to the level for which the student has enrolled is not ultimately
offered by AFKC due to low enrollment, the student may either enroll in a class at a different level or ask for a refund of the
enrollment fees.
Except in the case of cancellation of the class for low enrollment, all refunds will be subject to a $40 processing fee.
In all cases, all refund requests must be received by AFKC no later than the end of the second week of the class session.
No refund of any kind will be issued if a refund request has not been received by AFKC before that deadline.
The AFKC will make refund decisions on a case-by-case basis for any scenario not covered in this policy.
