Meet New York Times Bestselling Author & Photographer Jamie Beck
Sunday, August 2 - 2pm
Alliance Française de Kansas City – Suite 100
Limited to 20 participants
Join the Alliance Française de Kansas City for a conversation with Jamie Beck, the acclaimed photographer, artist, and New York Times bestselling author of An American in Provence and The Flowers of Provence.
Known for her breathtaking images of Provence and her unique artistic vision, Jamie Beck will share the story behind her books, her creative journey, and how a planned one-year sabbatical in the South of France transformed her life forever. What began as a temporary escape from New York's fast-paced fashion world became a permanent move to Provence, where she now lives with her husband and daughter, Eloise.
The conversation will be moderated by Shieva Ghassemi and will include a presentation of Jamie's work, followed by a Q&A with the audience.
