- Cocktail: Mini croque-monsieur
- Vegetarian option: Butternut falafel
- Bread service with Isigny butter
- Appetizer: Salmon rillette, cucumber, preserved lime, basil oil

Main course: Blanquette de veau printanière, spring vegetables, truffle pomme purée
- Vegetarian option: Arugula salad as Appetize and risotto as main dish.
- Dessert: Pavlova with strawberry, Earl Grey, and pistachio
All dishes are homemade, with no frozen or pre-packaged ingredients.
